Lipstick Faves

Since I have started collecting makeup, lipstick has been my favorite product to buy. I have always found it funny how you can have a basic face on and as soon as you put a bright lip on it grabs peoples attention. I have a few go to colors that I always get compliments on when ever I go out. Those lipsticks are included here as well as more my go to brands and shades. This post includes lip balms, lip liners, lip glosses, lipsticks, and liquid lipsticks.Hope you enjoy! Mwah!

Lip Balms

Wrist down

Clinique cubby stick in 09 heaping hazelnt:

This lip balm is moisturizing and gives the lips a nice warm nude wash.

Fresh tinted lip treatment in sugar rose:

This lip balm is super moisturizing and gives a natural pinky wash to the lips. It also has SPF 15 making it great for the summer.

Mac patentpolish lip pencil in clever:

This lip balm is my go to better than your lips color. It is moisturizing and is a mauve nude.

Lip liner

Mac creamstick in red enriched:

I really like this liner for both the fact that it is creamy and long wearing. It applies smoothly and has a good amount of pigmentation. I pair this with Mac's viva glam 1

Mac pro longwear lip pencil in staunchly stylish:

This is my go to everyday liner and because of its pigmentation and staying power. I often will wear just this liner without a lipstick on top.

Kylie lip liner in maliboo:

I really like the formula of this liner it is super creamy and pairs really well with all my nude lipsticks.

Lip gloss

Stila lip glaze in seashell:

This has to be one of my favorite lip glosses ever. The formulation is great, it isn't sticky and still gives a wet glossy look. It also has the perfect amount of sparkle in it. The only thing is I don't like the packaging. It is hard to get product out and it often sticks to the lid.

Nars lip gloss in orgasm:

This lip gloss has a really beautiful pinky gold simmer to it that looks great with warm skin tones.

Nyx mega shine lip gloss in 129 beige:

This is a beautiful true pink gloss that doesn't have any shimmer in it. The formulation is glossy but not super sticky.

Mac mineralize glass in modern romance:

This gloss has a bit of shimmer to it and is a beautiful bright pink color. It is a nice bolder gloss.

YSL glossy lip stain in 12:

The staining power on this product is great. What I also enjoy about this product is it is build-able and you can get quite a bright pink after a few coats.

Lipstick

Lightest to darkest

Buxom full on lipstick in marrakech:

This in my perfect basic matte nude color that really does nude out the color of my lips. It is matte without being drying and also has a slight plumping effect.

Mac mineralize rich lipstick in pure pout:

I love the formulation of this lipstick. It is creamy and moisturizing on the lips and is a really nice your lips but better color.

Nars adacious lipstick in jane:

This has to be one of more unique colors I own. It is almost like a burnt orange. It is a bit bolder but, I think still works for an everyday color. I also love the formulation of this product it is creamy but still very pigmented.

Loreal color riche lipstick in J'Lo's pure red:

This is a go to classic pinup red color. It has cool undertone to it and I will say wear a lip liner with it because it bleeds otherwise.

Mac in viva glam 1:

This is a matte deep brick red color. It looks great paired with a gold eye or a bold winged eye. Since it is matte I find it can get drying after time.

Bite beauty luminous creme lipstick in kir royale:

The picture above makes it look kinda red but it is actually a berry color. This is a really pretty bold color that has a bit of a glossy finish.

Liquid lipstick

Nyx lingerie liquid lipstick in 11- baby doll:

This is a peachy nude color and thicker creamy texture. It is very matte and good if you want a very nude looking lip.

Jeffree star velour liquid lipstick in celebrity skin:

This is a really pretty light brown color. It is a bit more on the liquidy side but is still easy to work with. I find it very long wearing without being being super drying.

Kylie matte liquid lipstick in maliboo:

This is a medium brown color and a 90s grunge vibe to it. It has good color pay off with just one coat. Also they smell fantastic.

Kylie matte liquid lipstick in kristen:

I really love this color it kind of a pinky cranberry. It also has good color pay off with just one coat.

Kat Von D everlasting liquid lipstick in lolita:

I would say this is a deeper maroon color and goes well with a vampie look. The staying power is good but you need a couple coats or it looks spoty.
