Green Smoothie Bowl

I have recently started making a green smoothie bowl every morning for breakfast, and I love it. I find it fills me up and I am not as hungry as I used to be throughout the day. Also it has made a difference in my energy level and helped clear up my skin. As well as decrease bloating.

It is something you can prep the evening before and quickly make in the morning. Also the smoothie bowl is a great way to incorporate more veggies into your diet. This smoothie is high in vitamin A, C, and K. It is also high in antioxidants, fiber and will help in releasing toxins. As well as aid in digestion.

Here is the recipe and I hope you enjoy!

Smoothie

1 carrot

1/2 green apple

1 1/2 leaves of Swiss chard

1 orange

1 banana (I put half in the smoothie and save half for the top)

1 kiwi

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 scoop vega protein powder

fill half the cup up with water

Toppings

1/2 cup granola

handful of goji berries

1/2 banana
